I find digital awards dinners to be just as wonderful as in-person events. Folks from around the world tuned in live, and even weeks later, people are still tuning in to watch it was a rebroadcast. It preserves the magic and honor far beyond what would be possible in-person.

The 35th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Awards honor pro-bono legal efforts advancing racial justice.

On Thursday, February 10, 2022, the Bay Area legal community will celebrate the 35th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Awards. Join us as we gather virtually and work together to transform our racial justice work into a lasting collective vision of justice, equity and liberation. This annual event and fundraiser spotlights the organization’s work over the previous year to dismantle systems of oppression and racism and build an equitable and just society, and celebrates significant contributions of pro bono volunteers, community leaders, artists and activists. The proceeds from this event remain critical to LCCRSF’s ability to conduct our wide range of programs.

s one of the oldest civil rights institutions on the West Coast, we work to dismantle systems of oppression and racism, and build an equitable and just society. www.lccrsf.org
